Arlen's Adventures - Part 5

...Arlen made his way to Unicorn Way. "Halt, None shall pass!" *timidly* "I, um, have this letter from..." "Alright, go in. Be careful though!" Arlen walked along the cobblestone road, and ran into a Guard. "*ahem* My apologies, wizard. You'd better be careful here, I've seen people like you go further down, and never come back!" "Ambrose sent me here...do you know what I'm supposed to do?" "Hmm, well you could help my friend Private O'Ryan, he's been stuck in his house - Skeletal Pirates!" Walking swiftly, Arlen tiptoed into the Privates house. "Ah, company! Surprised those Pirates didn't get you. Could you drive some out?" "But, but, I don't..." "I've heard about you! Stopping Malistaire's Henchman! Some Pirates shouldn't be too hard, eh?" Arlen walked out, rather dissapointed, he still was really a Novice. More easily than he thought though, the Pirates were gone - fleeing for their lives! Soon, Arlen met another young wizard dressed all over in Green, speaking with a voice similar to those on Earth - "Hey! Professor Wu sent me. Reports about corrupted Fairies. Could you help by going down the street and investigating? I've heard about you beating Malistaire's Henchman!" Arlen suddenly felt happy, yet pressured that he seemed to be famous. Would the Fairies retreat like the Pirates? Going down, farther and farther from safety, the Fairies seemed to be a nice little bunch. There was an angel standing in the middle of a little hedge-garden too, maybe she would know more. "Why hullo! Have you been sent to help out these corrupted Fairies of mine? My name's Lady Oriel" she said, with a never-ending smile on her face. "I...yes...a fellow sent me here." "Ceren? One of Wu's best students?" Now, what the heck is she talking about? wondered Arlen. "I think." "My Fairies - the ones not corrupted, yet, have reports of a Skeleton lurking...and not just a lowly Pirate!" "I'll do what I can, I guess." "Arlen, come to my office, it's time to meet your teachers!" "Wha? How'd you appear in that bubble, sir? Is there some kind of Skype device here?" "Skype?" "Never mind. I'll come" "Alright! Just teleport to Ravenwood" "Teleport?" "Why yes, there's a little button on your satchel there..." *SWISH* "Whoaaa... What IS that enormous tree?" "Bartleby! I see you still have much to learn." - Coming up: Arlen meets...Cyrus Drake.

Arlen's Adventures - Part 4

...KRAK-KA-BOOM! "What's the matter young Conjurer, are you chicken?" ( reference to an item Mali drops: Chicken heads ) "Uhh...Ambrose...can you help me out here???" "I don't know what's going on, just take this deck of cards, and follow my instructions!" "How pathetic, I don't want to use any of my power tromping a Novice wizard! Guards, seize him!" "AMBROSE! NAME SOME INSTRUCTIONS! NOW! Ooh, a unicorn..." "Cast a Balanceblade!" "This thing?" "No, that's a Meteor Strike, you can't use it yet!" ( And after a quick orientation... ) "All right guards, earn your keep and finish him off!" -SUMMON NINJA PIGS!- HIYA! HO, HO, HA! "Heh, how can farm animals hurt me? Oh wait, they're ninjas..." Soon, Arlen's crystal Health ball starts to crack. "Here's some pips, and hurry, cast Unicorn!" -SUMMON UNICORN!- "Aww, I want to pet that thing." "Everyone does. But whatever you do, don't leave your battle circle." Arlen's Health ball soon glimmers with red again. "Pathetic fools! Finish the child!" -SUMMON SKELETAL PIRATE!- "Uhhhhhmmm, living dead? Ew." Having had a hard time sleeping last night, the other Dragon Guard fell asleep, and passed... "Now what, Headmaster?" "Use Meteor Strike immediately!" -SUMMON METEORS!- The Dragons fall into the ground, defeated. "Ugh, next time Ambrose, I have what I came for..." "We'll resolve this later, now here, drink this potion, young Conjurer!" Soon, Arlen is standing in Ambrose's office. "Here, take this letter to Private Stillson. We are having trouble with Undead in Unicorn Way." "Undead? But, but..." "Just go in there, I'll have you come back in for some ending paperwork and teacher meetings soon!" "Oh, great." Arlen thought "Just like school, in real life." *sigh* But this place does look cooler... ( To be continued... )

Hope you liked it :). For IRL matters, my computer is now officially a piece of junk. So, no Wizard101 ( except if Celestia comes out, since the Test Realm works here on my dad's computer ) for a little while, sorry! Lately, I've been having fun with other bloggers such as Amber Rosepetal, Kieran Stormcaller, Blaze Stormthief to name some, and been hanging around the Gurtok Demon in the Plaza of Conquests, starting to hunt for the Ianthine Spectre and having really funny random conversation xD. So the stuff Gurtok drops that isn't the Spectre goes to Arlen to sell for snacks - he's fresh out of them already. After I get the Spectre, which shall be farmed for on weekdays, and Tarlac-leveling on weekends, I'll keep farming Boulderbone/Oyotomi and trying to get more furniture, doing dungeons, etc. At least no Wizard101 means I'll be getting outside a lot more :-P. Arlen's Adventures - Part 3

...Arlen stepped out into the brisk morning breeze, and walked toward the bus. Suddenly, it felt a little windier than usual. It got hazy and without warning, everything got sucked into a whirpool. "HEL-----......." "It looks like we found him, Gamma!" "Hooo!" "Huh? Were am I?" "In the Headmaster's office, young wizard." "Uh..." "What do you look like?" "What do you THINK I look like, I'm right in front of you!" "Yes, yes, but we need you to pick an outfit." "Er, ok...?" Arlen picked a yellow suit - looked pretty boring. "OK, now, what's your name?" "Seriously?" "Excuse me, you're WIZARDLY name, here's a list" "Ooh, Arlen's on here. Um, Dawn is my favorite time of day if it weren't for morning, and Eyes - Why I would I be named Dawnpants?" "OK young wizard, what is your school?" "Uh, the ( name blocked out for IRL school for personal reasons :-P )?" "No, no, you're WIZARDLY school, hehe." "Oh, of course *rolls eyes*" "You have chosen the school of Myth!" "Harry Houdini attented this? COOL! Can I start now?" "Ah, ah, ah, orientation...the WIZ-" "-ARDLY way, I know." "First, let's learn to walk!" "The WIZARDLY way, right?" "Correct, you're catching on fast, young wizard. Ah, I've forgotten to install a speaking implement for you!" "People here no speak English?" "Well yes, Wizards speak Wizzy, Kroks speak Krokky..." "I get the point, so you speak English, but no one else?" "Yes, except the Ravenwood teachers, it's a job requirement." "Ravenwood?" "You have much to learn, young-" "-wizard, ok, ok, can you call me something else?" "Well, you're a Conjurer..." "Whatever that is, fine." "To the Golem Tower, to train!" ...5 minutes later... "Looks like quite a storm is coming, better take guard young Conjurer, the 1st storm is always the hardest!" "You guys have hurricanes a lot?" "Hurricanes?" "Never mind." ( Rain starts to fall ) "Wow, it's falling fast, do you have storm sewers?" "Oh, plenty!" "Good, cause at this rate it would be flooding on Earth soon." KRAK-KA-BOOOOOOMMM! "Holy...cow!" Suddenly, a dark shadow darkens the skies. "Ambrose!" "Malistaire, what are you doing! You didn't happen to learn Tempest, did you?" "Ehm, no, I'm the NECROOOMASSTERRRRR!" "He sounds evil..." "He always does, young Conjurer. But he's good, just a little upset about Sylvia's passing" KRAKKK-KABOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMmmmm.... "Are you sure he's good?" "I CHALLENGE YOU'RE NEW WIZARD TO A DUEL!" Arlen's Adventures - Part 2

Here we go, continuing from last week! As headed from the bus stop, in broad daylight he happened to see...The same Spiraling shape in the sky. He asked his friend "Hey, what the heck is that up there?" "Hmm?" "That cluster of stars..." "Who could see stars in the DAYTIME? Algebra must really be getting to you" "But, it's right ther..." "You need a Root beer" *sigh* The next morning, while still groggy, he caught something flying in the corner of his eye. "What the...!?" He then saw that owl, with glasses and staring at him. "Gamma" the owl said. "Toodle-oo, young wizard!" Arlen blinked, and saw a picture of a chamber on the counter, and 9 swirling masses in that same "Spiral" he had seen again yesterday. "Eat your cornflakes Arlen, and don't just stand there, you've got a bus to catch!" He quickly put the picture in his pocket, and thought "Young wizard? What is this, Harry Potter?" Incidentally, I'm going to Assateague Island for tomorrow and Thursday, since there's no school cause of Rosh Hashanah - It's a great island with wild horses, as you may know if you've read the book - Misty of Chincoteague. We are just visiting some family friends and going there, so I'll be back Friday with the returned Statue of the week, and Tarlac's latest devolpments. Oh, and my favorite team Boise State won a great game 33-30 last night, stayed up to watch the whole thing =D. They nearly lost, but when they won I was REALLY happy, and I still got up for school today :-P. My History teacher is also an avid fan and actually went to the game at FedEx Field, a little bit of a drive and witnessed it, lucky him ;). Go Broncos! And, Happy Farming!

Arlen's adventures - Part 1

Remember the preview? We continue the 1st part of my Fan Fiction tonight! ( And about this time every week ) --- It was a dark and stormy night, Well OK, calm and breezy. "Will you take out the recycling sweetie?" *groan* "OK! Lemme finish the page!" Arlen kept reading Garfield until... "Honey, if you don't come down in the next 10 seconds..." "Ok! Sheesh" As young Arlen took out the recycling, an interesting thing in the sky caught his eye... Slowly, he made out a spiraling cluster of twinkles in the night. "Woah, I can see the Milky way..." he went to get his binoculars. "Funny, I can only see a few stars" He went inside, and forgot the whole thing quickly. That night, he saw something strange approach him *Ahem* the thing coughed, Arlen quickly turned on the light, and saw an old bearded man. "Wuh?!?" "Sorry, young mortal..." "Mortal?" A quick, sharp owl flew in "Hellooo! My name is..." Before the owl said anything, he heard his mother's voice "Wake up, it's 6 o'clock, hurry up and take your bath now" "Huh..." Arlen thought. "Must have been a dream, strange... hey, who used the hot water???" Weeks past, and young Arlen was engrossed in school work and the daily toll was pretty annoying and he had completely forgotten his encounter with the owl and man. One night, in the spring, as he headed from the bus stop in broad daylight... He happened to glance up and see... ( To be continued! ) Heh-heh. Also tonight, some pictures. Today ( and beyond ) I've been on a quest to make the perfect MB house, not too rough, fancy and all. So here's the first pictures of my expensive living room -

My favorite part of the room, there are 2 crowns items ( lucky drops ) the Bubbling cauldron from Wavebringer, and the Wall clock from Jacques. Also, there's the Grand piano, that costs 15,000 gold :/.

My RB Bar/Warehouse. More MB settings may come in, along with more boxes and crates of, well, stuff. It's a little Warehouse :). I've gotten very good reviews from it so far, and it's not even been furnished much yet. ( I only have 5 items outside ) Blaze Stormthief - another wizard101 blogger ( thewordfromstormthief.blogspot.com ) said it was like a palace, but better :-P. So he'll probably include a picture of it in his next post, here's getting some publicity for you Blaze! Speaking of the Warehouse, me, MalornWS, Scarlet Moonflower's life alt Autumn ( twitter and on Diaryofawizard ), and Mackenzie Icerider ( an alt of a life wizard on Twitter ) beat it tonight. 3rd time, my revenge is almost complete! ( I believe I've been defeated by Estrakir 4 or 5 times ) So here's a couple pics:

... And Estrakir being wisked away, again ;). This fight was actually a real epic ( isn't it always, though? ) It looked like we were on the brink of dying, as Mackenzie mistakenly played a collossus on the wrong enemy when the rats were still alive ( one rat used scarecrow! O_O ) and so we all, except Mackenzie, had to flee. We got back and Mackenzie got healed, and soon it was easy to believe we were going to win :). I didn't get any Wayfinder gear, but it was good enough just helping and getting some more happiness beating up Estrakir again, xD. A couple things I still hope to achieve though though - 1. Have a winning record v. Estrakir and 2. Win a fight v. Estrakir WITHOUT fleeing once and running back up. To end the night off -

Tarlac's dryad quest, just the beginning...

Wha? Sunken City? Meh... at least I still had the quest in my book, and I need the Wraith statue still :)

So THAT'S what that chest is for. In his castle, you may notice 2 side rooms with these chests that are just there, I had no idea what they were for, but it gave me a Skeleton key for my Dryad quest

2 whole dungeons? Gosh Moolinda, lay off, lol. So me and Kieran Drake ( Stormforged Kitty's alt ) will do that when we get the real quest, Dryad isn't needed that bad. And yesterday, I got 2 hybrids in 1 day!

I renamed this Lifezilla Lord Rocky, heheh. He hatches in a couple more hours, and I renamed that Forest Oni Lord Louie, instead of 'Madame' who has hatched by now :). Mycin farmed Chronius for the HM Statue for awhile, and gathered enough stuff to sell for enough $$$ to hatch.

Now we have my CL dorm for Kieran's Dorm contest. He is accepting entries by e-mail right now, and the top prize is a: School house! So, I hope for Tarlac to get a free Life house this week, *pick me, pick me* lol. JK, may the best dorm win!

We have the Umbra Queen's royal couch, which Lord Sparky guards and it's precious vases, also are some Cherry blossom trees, some floor torches, Fishbones spelling out CL, 4 firecats, 2 orthrus's, and some Spider egg sacs lying around ( you know, Morganthe's a big Spiderlady ) plus a Dogfish statue on every wall.

Now, we have Jimmy Krueger's ghost in Wizard101 ( Nightmare on Elm Street, horror movie, I DO NOT watch horrors :-P ) Wait, wha?!?

GAH! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! But seriously, in the Spirit world in the Tree of Life, turn right when you get onto the dirt platform that Kagemoosha/Death Oni is standing on, now stop, look over the edge, wait a few seconds and this face appears

Look very closely, and it's a creepy face similar to the Death logo. It appears every 30 seconds or so, and glows eerily for 10 seconds. Clicky clicky to enlarge. Who would expect a horror movie character to appear in Mooshu? *shiver* Some more news and notes: I've decided to write some Fan Fiction called "Arlen's Adventures." But, I may have to scrap my Spike and Sparky comic since I'm not good at making those, and the Adventures of Arlen may be good enough ;D. I've written 2 parts to these adventures, and next week I will release Part 1, BUT I give you a quick preview right now! --------------------------------------
