Analysis On WT Pets

Hey, everyone! I'm watching a replay of the Royal Wedding as I write this. Yeah, I love England, deal with it :P. Its just a wedding, but a person just turned from a commoner to a princess, but most of all its an excuse to be happy xD. Congrats Will & Kate.. anyway, lets get down to business. Hybrids of 58 pets are being discovered left and right now, so if you are curious, click HERE (complete credit to Deathshard and Kelsey Fireheart!). If you don't want little spoilers, don't look at the following paragraph of my analysis :P

MINI SPOILER ALERTS IN FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH

Ok, here's my thoughts on the ones discovered so far!

-Topaz Kraken- I think this one is the Judgement/Kraken mix, but it says Phoenix, either that or a misprint, I have a hunch. Its sandy color and has a Balance-like name, so. Anyways, sweet, I can see this coming out of a Sandstorm or Quicksand! :o

-Ice Kraken- Looks just like I thought! I can see it coming out of the polar ice caps and attacking

a poor ship :P

-Fire Wyvern- I can just see its neck fur as a cozy rug ;). Looks like it would have a spicy taste... MOVING ON!

-Forest Crawler- Creative (creepy) name, I can see it sneaking up on me. VERY cool!

-Thunderbird- Phoenix pets are hard to see, but this one looks dangerous and electric!

-Shadow Phoenix- It looks like its coming out of a black hole o_O. Hope you don't see a group of these, or it will be a MURDER of Crows! Heheh..

-Fiery Judge- Looks like Icarus at first thought, women version. He's a fellow from greek myths who wouldn't listen to his father about flying too close to the Sun with wings..

-Astral Judge- Reminds me of Limes xD. *DING* Awesome!

-Flame Toad- Did he step in some mud and get a huge sunburn? Imagine this thing as a meteor crashing down on the Earth, like it does in its spell animation xD.

-Frosthopper- I'm running low on awesome words.

-Gloom Toad- Hehe at the name.. and awesome logo on its back! Like to scare away predators ;P

-Tundra Warden- Ice Scarecrow, interesting! Lets see this in WT :P

-Stormcaller- Like the ones in Haunted Cave, not surprised there. But, storm symbols!

-Crop Watcher- Looks like its growing right out of the dirt, haha.

-Inferno Beast- He sure looks angry O_O

-Cloud Beast- Looks just like an Ice Forest Lord in WT boss, named Aurekk. I saw a picture of him and HUGE. SNOW GORILLA! :O

Okay, I'm almost done, so here's a little update on Sophia:

That says most of it :D. She finished the Ancient Burial Grounds, then today the Village of Sorrow. LvL 43 and about to start the Tree of Life now, which I'll do soon. I've decided I'll buy GH & WT for the 2nd account, as WT is incredible, need GH to get there, and I'll need to buy an area or 2 for the 58 quests anyway. So, hopefully tonight after MS, I'll do GH questing on her. Grinding but peaceful are good words for GH :). And I really want to get on a questing rage - would like to duel-box when the Waterworks come out and WT, so I really would have to get devote time to Sophia questing. We'll see how long it takes.

I don't think KBB would mind me saying, but I'm starting work on RR transcriptions and just contributed a little (although it sure takes a long time just to do 10 minutes :P) on Episode 38. Thats a great thing to do for the community :).

Lastly, you've likely heard, but there's a plagiarist in our midst, no naming, but hopefully this wizard will clean up their act, as plagiarism is a very serious offense (keep in mind - this wizard is giving ZERO credit to most posts he/she does to the original author). I just hope he/she understand, apologizes and acts less lazy. Remember - plagiarism will lose you followers. Ok, have a great weekend folks :)

Pretend This Is A Catchy Title

Yo! So, again, not much up besides seeing some epic games in the Basketball Tournament. Michigan lost by 2 to Duke :/.

Yay for Paige Moonshade! :) I got the Egg from a hatch with her Egg. It gives a Tower Shield card, so I really want to make an awesome Egg pet in terms of talents. There's another project.

Another PvP party for Amber & Mary's bloggy-versary, which I attended for a while. Took out the rug from under me at one point as you can see O_o. Fun times!

So, I've been helping others, farming random dungeons for things I need -still including KP- and helping out a good site - http://starsofthespiral.pbworks.com - for editing purposes and such :). And, gah, its Sunday evening.. I've procrastinated IRL on Math and stuff.. -.-. And Ohio State is crushing George Mason, lol. But its the 1st day of Spring and nearly time for the Cherry Blossoms to bloom :D!

Pickle Shmickle

Hey Gang, still doing a lot ITS! Mostly Kensington Park (KP), but still.

Just for the heck of it, I ported Alura in to see how she would fare against Lord Nightshade. A LvL 5 Myth, equipped w/an Ascendant Staff. <- Haha, look at her health at that point, she'd go on to heal and become victorious. Fun little battle.

I decided to try the Fickle Pickles, VERY needy but huge loot tables. I need some of those high-level reagents and such, and some of the trashy TCs they harvest are good selling material (Wildbolt-1100 gold!)

SEE?!? Yeah, yea, say "humph" because I'm taking good care of you.

I did Kensington Park on Tarlac to test how long that would take; took basically the same time as Arlen (1 hour, straight up), although Tarlac died at one point because he was distracted at Twitter and Satyr fizzled, xD. So yea, pretty funny line of Stoker that I had completely forgotten. "Come and feel the burn!" ^_^

I also managed to solo the Jotun Bros. once, but have died every other time, hehe. Doing some HoV (Hall of Valor) runs for a change of pace from KP and want another Death Troll, Yardbird furniture item & Zombie pet. Its pretty fun attempting to solo them. For some reason, Grendels let you go as close as under their armpit before they pull you in, rofl

Random, lol. No, I'm not planning on keeping that Carved Pew there, that view just looked pretty ;).

As you can see, VERY random rewards and a huge loot table. One more 1/2 page not shown either :P. Have high hopes for it!

There was a lot of Wintertusk theorycrafting on Twitter, which P.D. wrote a post on. Its really fun -and confusing- to think about it all. Ravenwood Radio was great last night, I actually managed to listen to the whole thing! Ditto and Icy with her banhammer in the chatroom did great. Lots of questions being thrown out there last night :). And, should whoever is reading this check the other blogs and/or Central, you've heard about the Egg & Nightmare pet! Nightmare is a very pretty black w/firey hair-tuffs which gives Meteor Strike. I'm personally going to try for an Egg -literally, an Egg with duck legs- and get it great stats hopefully (Spritely, Pain-Giver, Proof & Defy is my dream pet :)) since it gives the Tower Shield card, and, its, well, cute! Unicorn & Helephant is the Nightmare, and Egg is Collossus & Dragon for clarification. Yes, the newbie WC Dragon and Unicorn, cool, huh? Thank goodness I saved Andrew's (my retired Ice guy, if you've heard about him) Collossus! Thats basically it, have a happy St. Patricks day too, and do that last minute Lucky Leprechaun farming from the Jade Oni if you want! I'm not wearing green, hehe, sorry! *pinches self*

Gift Card/Halloween!

As soon as I finish this post, I will update the blog for approximately 2 weeks with a Halloween/Fall theme, just so you guys know :). 11 days left! And it's gettin' chilly indeed, I love the weather this time of year ( especially when it's cloudy too :D ). And there's a new poll up there if you can see - Whom do you prefer farming around Halloween, Lord Nightshade or Mordecai? ( Shade's easier, and drops more stuff so you know who I voted for ). And, I bought a Gift Card 2 days ago ( Storm Demon one from Gamestop - $20 ) - You can imagine my dissapointment when it didn't work when I got home :/. "What are you getting at Arlen?" Well, it turned out they were having computer problems and it worked today, I am now 10,000 crowns richer! First, I stitched my winning look on...

And blew over half of it getting my TP's back from that Pelican ( a.k.a Mr. Lincoln ) Why, you ask? I really didn't need the Storm School, and I had trained ALL of Life while I just need that up to Satyr, so now I've got a bunch of little Points in my backpack waiting for the Astral schools ;). I still can't really decide which school NOT to train in, I think I may blow off the Star school, idk. Paige Moonshade made an awesome guide to the last instance - Test of Spheres - which is getting me all the more stoked ;). Look at the background setting to those 3 boss fights - wicked! Then, I got on Mycin and gave the Demon pet to him and looking for a hatching partner. Good new, Bad news time:

But the good outweighs it by far! Burninateh! Whoops, I forgot to change the name, you'll see it as "Lord" something soon :-P. I was sad when I saw "Malestrom egg" pop up after hatching, as that's the Stormzilla egg, but this, yea *cricket chirp*

Heya guys! I'm pretty busy ITS as of late ( In The Spiral ) so here is my daily album of pictures from yesterday, and a little of today...

Tarlac's dryad quest, just the beginning...

Wha? Sunken City? Meh... at least I still had the quest in my book, and I need the Wraith statue still :)

So THAT'S what that chest is for. In his castle, you may notice 2 side rooms with these chests that are just there, I had no idea what they were for, but it gave me a Skeleton key for my Dryad quest

2 whole dungeons? Gosh Moolinda, lay off, lol. So me and Kieran Drake ( Stormforged Kitty's alt ) will do that when we get the real quest, Dryad isn't needed that bad. And yesterday, I got 2 hybrids in 1 day!

I renamed this Lifezilla Lord Rocky, heheh. He hatches in a couple more hours, and I renamed that Forest Oni Lord Louie, instead of 'Madame' who has hatched by now :). Mycin farmed Chronius for the HM Statue for awhile, and gathered enough stuff to sell for enough $$$ to hatch.

Now we have my CL dorm for Kieran's Dorm contest. He is accepting entries by e-mail right now, and the top prize is a: School house! So, I hope for Tarlac to get a free Life house this week, *pick me, pick me* lol. JK, may the best dorm win!

We have the Umbra Queen's royal couch, which Lord Sparky guards and it's precious vases, also are some Cherry blossom trees, some floor torches, Fishbones spelling out CL, 4 firecats, 2 orthrus's, and some Spider egg sacs lying around ( you know, Morganthe's a big Spiderlady ) plus a Dogfish statue on every wall.

Now, we have Jimmy Krueger's ghost in Wizard101 ( Nightmare on Elm Street, horror movie, I DO NOT watch horrors :-P ) Wait, wha?!?

GAH! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! But seriously, in the Spirit world in the Tree of Life, turn right when you get onto the dirt platform that Kagemoosha/Death Oni is standing on, now stop, look over the edge, wait a few seconds and this face appears

Look very closely, and it's a creepy face similar to the Death logo. It appears every 30 seconds or so, and glows eerily for 10 seconds. Clicky clicky to enlarge. Who would expect a horror movie character to appear in Mooshu? *shiver* Some more news and notes: I've decided to write some Fan Fiction called "Arlen's Adventures." But, I may have to scrap my Spike and Sparky comic since I'm not good at making those, and the Adventures of Arlen may be good enough ;D. I've written 2 parts to these adventures, and next week I will release Part 1, BUT I give you a quick preview right now! --------------------------------------

PART 1: The Spiral and the Dream:

It was a dark and stormy night, Well OK, calm and breezy. "Will you take out the recycling sweetie?" *groan* "OK! Lemme finish the page!" Arlen kept reading Garfield until... "Honey, if you don't come down in the next 10 seconds..." "Ok! Sheesh" As young Arlen took out the recycling, an interesting thing in the sky caught his eye... END OF PREVIEW. Find out what happens next week ;). And a notice: I can't post or play till Tuesday/Wednesday since were taking a 2 hour drive to visit grandma, like we do every couple weeks. It's always great to visit her ( despite no internet, but cable, lol ) and hang with the dog, and we always get Subs for dinner for one night ( I always eat mine faster than anyone else by far. ) So cy'all in a couple days and... A lot of Life in the wizard family

1. Tarlac got to say my famous phrase: "On to Mooshu!" when he beat Meowiarty, here's he and another wizard who came along in Katz Lab

We also have a big coincidence that happened when I pulled the "Charged Lever" in Katz Lab, you know how big lightning electric bolts flash onto the stage? At the EXACT same moment IRL a storm was heading by and lightning flashed and crackled across the sky, very ironic! :-P

We decided to fight this little overgrown machinery, and won after a little while

Didn't get any pets BUT I got this from Smogger. The crowns dagger was soon tossed for a new big Health/Mana Life one, but it shall go in the little Shared Bank

Learned new spell :D

And lastly, just moments ago... Madame Louie hopped into the egg, despite her big size. Dugan now has his own hybrid, a Forest Oni! And randomly, there are 16 days of precious summer left *SIGH* Time to buy those new binders :/. Happy Farming!

2nd straight hatching success, this time w/Mycin! I've decided to name all LVL 48 pets "Lord" something and this one was named after a certain "Peanuts" character, ;).

Tarlac's nearly LVL 35 and in Katz Lab ( not to mention I'm nearly done with MB side-quests )

And the pet I've held off to announce, Duke Annie the Death Ninja! ( I did not name that )

I got lucky on Yakedo yesterday, although my luck seems to be drooping today on Tarlac as he's fizzling A LOT, :-P.

I might be able to find a computer on vacation, hope I can attend John Lifeglen's Meet-and-Greet on Thursay, here's hoping I can still play! Happy Farming!

Another long ( and slightly successful ) day of playing

It's been another busy day.

This is what I will stitch when I do, DS hat ( small Myth symbol on front ), Awesome MB Myth cloak with Myth markings over it and the cool "Jester Robe" look and those MB fancy boots.

Tarlac did a pretty nice feat, beat Freddy 9 Lives ( literally ) all 9 times w/out going outside once to get health wisps, and got Regenerate!

lol, just a little bug where I was stuck like this, pose would be great for theater.

Regen. and Centaur, all in a days work, Tarlac actually is on the Ironworks, and almost done with all those pesky side-quests I need to do at this time. That includes doing Mooshu side-quests, just didn't do the life enemy ones, saving those for later ( when I'm better *rolls eyes* )

A star is born. xD. ( 5:32 PM EST, 7/24/10, remember that ) You may wonder what I'm doing in MS, just did a little furniture farming ( don't hear that much ), wasn't a big failure. Thanks to this great new guide on Central:

With the help of Mega-snacks, Sparky will already be an adult tomorrow, they grow up so fast...

I'm actually contemplating the idea ( silly, entertaining, :) ) of a comic strip featuring Lord Spike and Lord Sparky, after all, I named this site after my dog so, he should get a bit more credit, :).

Here's a good suggestion: Spike 'n Sparky's Spats. lol, Sibling rivalry! While I'm riding in the car on the long road to NC, I might make a few of these, hehe. And, in the comments, if you want to be in the strip just say your name! Btw, Grimtooth is my next hopeful hatch. Silvery Spectre with well, cool, awesome, gold, ugly, teeth. :D.

And 1 awesome pet success today! Computer's lag wouldn't permit a picture till it hatches, but here's a hint: Mortality, Self-defense. Just think, and if you get it right ( write your guess, 2 tries like always in the comments ) you may be a frequently-shown character on Spike 'n Sparky's Spats. xD. Happy Farming!

It's my lucky day...
I was SURE it was another Orthrus when I saw "Chemerical Egg" ( that's what I got 4 straight times in the Test realm ) but the Dye shop proved something else.

Jus' sharing my good news, :). Hatches tomorrow, *twiddles thumbs*
UPDATE** I got another pet while writing this post!

Talk 'bout luck! 1st try on 2 bosses, 2 pets! Thank you Kiwu, :).
Oh, and I will go on the NC trip on Monday-next Monday, but I'm hoping to still post and maybe even find a computer to keep playing on, hope so! Oh, and Rudy my Icebird hatches in an hour too, Happy Farming!

Hybrid sightings!

When I was on the Test realm this morning I saw some really interesting mixes... here you go!

Basilisk is a Hydra with one color, not 3 colors on it's heads, basically blu-ish all over, I didn't find out how to get it yet though

I hatched with a Storm hound and got the...Storm hound! Crowns pet from hatching :).

Wraith+collossus=awesomeness

Orthrus w/Helephant. This looked like the heckhound although I forgot to check if it had 2 heads ( probably did ) and the feet look a little bit different

Darn, I already forgot what this looks like...

Earth elemental basically looks like the Earthwalker in the Pet shop but I noticed a slightly different green,mossy color on this one ( this one had a tattoo on it's chest also )

I love the name of this one, I'm guessing it's Stormzilla/Helephant? It was pretty kewl, basically a tint of blue/purplish, hard to describe ;).

Just another small glitch of a *dead?* elf in the Pet Pavilion, I noticed it's head hanging low so I took this weird snapshot :D. Happy Farming and 4th of July! ( woot for fireworks! )
