Kensington Park Revisited

If you're a very long time reader of this blog and have a great memory, you may be familiar with my all too frequent runs of Kensington Park back in the day - a.k.a early 2011 (wow, that was long ago). In fact, I wrote a long story for a school assignment once, detailing what would have happened if Stoker had succeeded in taking over the city. But that's another story - although KP really helped out my English grade. Anyways, I did Kensington Park with friends or by myself at least a hundred times, if not more, largely in pursuit of the Antique Cello furniture item. I never got it from Stoker, but thankfully I was sold one not too long after. I never even got a measly Spider Golem or Seraph to show for my efforts *sob*. I got quite a few Hydrants and Pews, at least.

Recently, I've gone back to Kensington to experience the change that was implemented in the April 2013 Update - "Kensington Park has been shortened". Okay - that limits the nostalgia a bit, but hey, it is shorter, right?! But just how short? Let's see...

Kensington Park is rarely noted as a prime reagent spot - but you can count on getting an Ore, Scrap Iron or Stone Block in many nooks and crannies. Spots with a nice mix of reagents usually reside behind one of the six bosses in this dungeon. In fact, I've got something related to this near the end of this post...

A couple more pieces to my assorted Hydrant and Pew collection.

Going through time and time again, I've memorized these lines, but Gyro's accent is still funny as ever.

Next up was the ramp to Stoker's. Also a perfect opportunity for an image recreation.

Now,

...and Then (December, 2010)

I haven't really changed besides wand and image quality, really. Level 60 was still the Level Cap then (50 just a couple months before!)
I've still got my "HOUSING ITEM OF THE DAY!" set up in my pleasant abode, too - including the Dog House and Potion Motion still inside.

Well, there's that, and my fabulous music box.
Moving on, though. I haven't played Potion Motion in years..

Now we get to the shortened part, as the update said - if memory recalls, there were 3-4 levels of golem and spider clockworks to beat between Stoker #1 and Stoker #2. Since April, those levels have been removed, thus shortening the dungeon (remind anyone of the Counterweights?). With that, Mr. Waggs above quote is technically incorrect. "Lots of help from other malfunctioning clockworks"? Yeah, right :P

My only qualm with the update is that the notorious (well, to me) Metal Head minion has gone extinct. It is no more - gone to meets it maker (Stoker?). This minion occupied a floor or two of the old Kensington Park, welcoming anyone who entered with the feared words...
"You like music? Well, come on and dance to some Heavy Metal, Wizard."

Metal Head, I'll miss messing up your programming features, over and over again.
But, away from the unnecessary nostalgic feelings, Stoker #2 follows immediately after Stoker #1 now! Yay!

I failed to take notice of my health several times (there aren't any health wisps, as always :P), but a very well-timed critical frog saved my bacon. Thank you, my gross, fat friend.

Nothing redemptive. Some things haven't changed.

You can always count on four pieces of scrap iron lying around beyond Stoker #2. As far as I know, that's the best place for Scrap Iron in the Spiral. It's lying at the end of a high-scale 6-boss dungeon, but hey, it's sort of worth it.

Now we come to the good part of the post - I didn't just do one run of KP!

I had an idea - what if I added up the average gold totals to gauge the average amount you could make per run?
I did 10-15 runs, but I miss-categorized or forgot to note my change in gold a few times (delta-gold total if you will).
So, I have five totals. I guess the sample is representative enough for Kensington Park.

Gold Totals per run (including Quest gold):
Run #1: (8,191) -> Snacks: 5 -> +1000
Run #2: (9,562) -> Snacks: 7 -> +1400
Run #3: (8,069) -> Snacks: 6 -> +1200
Run #4: (7,987) -> Snacks: 4 -> +800
Run #5: (6,939) -> Snacks: 1 -> +200

Average Gold Per Run:
~8150 (Snacks: ~5)

(I added the cheap Rank 4 snacks and their value - they aren't included in the original totals, as I personally don't sell snacks above Rank 3.)

Last but definitely not least, my proudest accomplishment of this post---
A good old-fashioned Reagent Map!

Yep. Good MS Paint work, if I do say so myself.
Also, yes, there is a set number of the reagents you will run into (if you look well enough) while doing a full run. That's 19 total reagents!

Welp, nice to visit old dungeons again. See you again some other year, Kensington.

---

To conclude this post, I'd like to continue the theme of nostalgia and give some of my memories of Ravenwood Radio, which went off the air in an 18 minute finale Thursday afternoon. Of course, they're not done podcasting, and it sounds like we're going to be in for a surprise next Wednesday at Pieces of Eight. Nonetheless, it is the conclusion to a 92-episode, fun-filled 4 years of the best show around. I was a big listener in 2010 and 2011, but the timing of the podcast + my IRL schedule didn't match up, and I haven't been to a live show in much too long. However, I'm planning to be at Pieces of Eight in 4 nights - who can resist the excitement?

Stephen and Leesha (who was succeeded by Fallon Storm, then IcyWiz) had a great run with RR, no question. My first big memory is Episode 19 - the Kingsisle Celestia interview. Desperate for news since the announcement of Celestia in March, wizards watched in awe as concept art of the future Trial of the Spheres bosses was shown. I then copy-pasted from Ravenwood Radio afterwards. Then, of course, there were the Nightside after-parties. Who can resist staying up late to mingle with the wizardly masses? My first after-party was after the big interview, as well. Ah, to be 2010 again, posting incessantly with cringe-y material.

I won't lie, though, I miss those days. Evident by the title on Ravenwood Radio, I suppose I shouldn't be dwelling on the past, but getting ready for the good times of the future. Wizards like Kevin Battleblood and Fallon Shadowblade/Diary Of A Wizard aren't around any more, but community leaders come and go - and
the Wizard101 community continues to go in such a cycle. Our community now has some great ideas and projects going around, as Swordroll spotlighted. I'm more of a relic of the past by now who only posts on occasion, but my point is - be a part of and contribute to the "good times" and enjoy them. One great chapter of Spiral podcasting has ended, but another chapter with even greater potential has opened.

That was a weird convolution of memories and thought, but I am personally looking forward to what Stephen and his crew have up their sleeves. Let the good times go on.

Happy Questing!

Valid Until July

Happy 2012!
And, fittingly, we go back to July 4th, with my Half-Year Goals needing an update---
  1. Finish 4-5 houses
  • Welllll....... I kind of slacked on housing..... save a couple items, I have improved and sort of completed several houses, though.
2. Get Balance & Death duo to Legendary
  • Balance duo = Level 60, on top.. complete!
  • Death duo = Well.. I just finished Krokotopia on them.. :P
3. Get a "perfect pet"
  • I have several pets with 2 of my dream stats, so this is half-complete but little progress since July. My dream pet would probably have: Spritely, MC Unicorn, Spell-Proof, ? undecided
4. Become Warlord in PvP
  • Tristan actually became a Commander only 2 weeks later, but I stopped and figured I'd get him to Warlord at Legendary.. which I didn't. Permission to kick 1/2 year old self?
5. Transcript at least 5 RR episodes
  • Well, I think KBB and the Crew suspended this project due to difficulty and increased business IRL, but I did get 1 done-though I forget which :P. Also, their first 2012 show is tonight, here's to a great new year for RR!
6. 70s song music video!
  • Ok, that was mostly a joke, but maybe one day! I actually got a Queen and Pink Floyd poster for Christmas, so my interest is still into the 70s, lol
7. All best gear for Legendaries
  • All except for Tarlac's boots and 2/3 of Dugan's gear, this was complete before ZF came out. And now ZF doesn't really have any better gear, so I could continue to work on this, but I feel ok with the gear they have :)

And, there's your update. Not too much success in following up on all of them, but oh well. Time for Beginning of 2012 Goals! (valid until July 1, 2012 :P)

  1. Get Death duo to Transcended, maybe another character to at least Grandmaster
  2. "Perfect/Dream pet" goal again. Its worth a shot!
  3. Complete at least 2 relatively new houses (maybe the Sun Palace I just got?)
  4. 5+ Grandmaster Artisans
  5. Get most of the Music Players... become a Warlord in Derby/PvP on 3 characters
Hope everyone had a happy holiday. I know my trip to my Aunt's farm and New Years was fun! Most importantly, here's hoping 2012 gets more goals done and is even better (despite the fact its an election year and has an extra day, right?).
Sorry for the no pictures post, I'll try to get some in-game updates next time. My death-duo is progressing well and just finished Hyde Park :) finished Emperors Retreat/Tomb of Storms over Winter break. Also, Final Exams and the end of the semester are coming up, so don't expect much W101 progress on the weekdays for the next several weeks.

Happy Questing!

FOGgy Prizes!

Hey everyone :) as you can see, my pretty much completed MFP/DS is in the above video. Big House. I'll buy that DS Craft Crowns Table thingy when I get the MSP Pack later. I think I'm getting it in about 2 weeks, after the Summer School? Thats half-way over. We'll see.

So, I've actually done a little bit on Dugan, my Fire wiz. Does anyone remember the Giving Tree? Yeah.. I just planted that on him.. *blush*. So, now I have a Parsley Garden on Arlen (and 2 Couch Potatoes I won from Diana Wildheart! :D), 2 Prickly Bear ones on Mycin (some turned Elder this morning :)), an almost-done Pink Dandelion plot on Tarlac (once I have enough Black Pearls), and a small Giving Tree/several Pink Dandelion garden on Dugan. I've cleaned out his storage-KT House and put a couple things in to start it off, actually, as well. Plus I'm still trying for a little Yardbird item right now. LOL. Not much else going on in-game there. In-game, that is :P

2 big items I've received from www.KIFreeGames.com! :D the Lightningbat was from a Twitter code they gave out, but you can only redeem one of them once a month. A little long, hope they will change to at least a week.. although one person got 600 crowns! o_O :D also, I've won a FOG Unicorn (3!), Blue Raptor Sword (uber-cool looking, definitely stitch worthy), and that wand above, among other things. Well, HERE'S a list of prizes you can get, to be honest. And HERE'S a list of Magazine codes, many being available from KIFG prizes. Doodle Dug is probably the quickest by far, lol. I just want a Shardtail Dragon on main account and FOG Unicorn for Storm newbie on 2nd account now, played a lot the past couple days.

Not much other news.. I'm going to work on Ravenwood Radio Episode #41 transcription a bit more, soon. Its fun to get involved in the community :) remember to give KBB a ring if you want to get involved! It takes a while, buts its very helpful to some wizards. Have a good end-of-the-week!

Analysis On WT Pets

Hey, everyone! I'm watching a replay of the Royal Wedding as I write this. Yeah, I love England, deal with it :P. Its just a wedding, but a person just turned from a commoner to a princess, but most of all its an excuse to be happy xD. Congrats Will & Kate.. anyway, lets get down to business. Hybrids of 58 pets are being discovered left and right now, so if you are curious, click HERE (complete credit to Deathshard and Kelsey Fireheart!). If you don't want little spoilers, don't look at the following paragraph of my analysis :P

MINI SPOILER ALERTS IN FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH

Ok, here's my thoughts on the ones discovered so far!

-Topaz Kraken- I think this one is the Judgement/Kraken mix, but it says Phoenix, either that or a misprint, I have a hunch. Its sandy color and has a Balance-like name, so. Anyways, sweet, I can see this coming out of a Sandstorm or Quicksand! :o

-Ice Kraken- Looks just like I thought! I can see it coming out of the polar ice caps and attacking
a poor ship :P

-Fire Wyvern- I can just see its neck fur as a cozy rug ;). Looks like it would have a spicy taste... MOVING ON!

-Forest Crawler- Creative (creepy) name, I can see it sneaking up on me. VERY cool!

-Thunderbird- Phoenix pets are hard to see, but this one looks dangerous and electric!

-Shadow Phoenix- It looks like its coming out of a black hole o_O. Hope you don't see a group of these, or it will be a MURDER of Crows! Heheh..

-Fiery Judge- Looks like Icarus at first thought, women version. He's a fellow from greek myths who wouldn't listen to his father about flying too close to the Sun with wings..

-Astral Judge- Reminds me of Limes xD. *DING* Awesome!

-Flame Toad- Did he step in some mud and get a huge sunburn? Imagine this thing as a meteor crashing down on the Earth, like it does in its spell animation xD.

-Frosthopper- I'm running low on awesome words.

-Gloom Toad- Hehe at the name.. and awesome logo on its back! Like to scare away predators ;P

-Tundra Warden- Ice Scarecrow, interesting! Lets see this in WT :P

-Stormcaller- Like the ones in Haunted Cave, not surprised there. But, storm symbols!

-Crop Watcher- Looks like its growing right out of the dirt, haha.

-Inferno Beast- He sure looks angry O_O

-Cloud Beast- Looks just like an Ice Forest Lord in WT boss, named Aurekk. I saw a picture of him and HUGE. SNOW GORILLA! :O

Awesome, huh? Here are my future hybrid name thoughts, we'll see if they come true..

-Legendary Kraken-
-Inferno Kraken-
-Doom Kraken-
-Natural Kraken-

-Storm Slitherer-
-Mythic Crawler-
-Sandy Slitherer-
-Doom Crawler-

-Frozen Flier-
-Mythbird-
-Dry Phoenix-
-Forest Flier-

-Glacial Judge-
-Mythic Judge-
-Tempest Judge-
-Death Judge-

-Tempestral Toad-
-Topaz Toad-
-Leaf Frog-

-Fire Watcher-
-Cycrow-
-Trusty Warden-

-Divination Beast-
-Legendary Beast-
-Sand Beast-
-Doom Beast-

I'm so curious..

Flying Ram Mount :o

SPOILERS OVER, YOU WERE WARNED.

Okay, I'm almost done, so here's a little update on Sophia:

That says most of it :D. She finished the Ancient Burial Grounds, then today the Village of Sorrow. LvL 43 and about to start the Tree of Life now, which I'll do soon. I've decided I'll buy GH & WT for the 2nd account, as WT is incredible, need GH to get there, and I'll need to buy an area or 2 for the 58 quests anyway. So, hopefully tonight after MS, I'll do GH questing on her. Grinding but peaceful are good words for GH :). And I really want to get on a questing rage - would like to duel-box when the Waterworks come out and WT, so I really would have to get devote time to Sophia questing. We'll see how long it takes.

I don't think KBB would mind me saying, but I'm starting work on RR transcriptions and just contributed a little (although it sure takes a long time just to do 10 minutes :P) on Episode 38. Thats a great thing to do for the community :).

Lastly, you've likely heard, but there's a plagiarist in our midst, no naming, but hopefully this wizard will clean up their act, as plagiarism is a very serious offense (keep in mind - this wizard is giving ZERO credit to most posts he/she does to the original author). I just hope he/she understand, apologizes and acts less lazy. Remember - plagiarism will lose you followers. Ok, have a great weekend folks :)

Ponies & Blossoms (Girly Title Much?)

No pictures here, I think. Just an update!

ITS - Yesterday, RR did the Sunshine pony hide-and-seek contest! Their twitter feed will tell you where they were hiding and the spot hints! Icy's was the easiest for me, I got the right realm, but I started off in the Haunted Cave (they could be in ANY free area) and she was found immediately... in Unicorn Way. The others were found quickly as well, while Kevin took a LONG time to be found, but his clue was so hard, I never would have found him. Later on, RR did a second hide-and-seek for a smaller prize where the crew hid across the whole Spiral on the Wraith realm. Since the previous one was in Wizard City, I decided to start in Krokotopia. When the starting horn blew, I looked around the Spiral Chamber quickly, went outside, and on my chat box I see "I have 934/934 health" from someone named Rowan. :O Isn't that Icy?? I pinpointed her in a large tent by Zeke, said the codephrase: "I like your pet" and I won 2500 Crowns! Teehee :). I only had 205 at the time, so I'm saving this stock for second-chance chests, etc. I then did my OWN hide-and-seek, with the same rules as RRs 2nd, but I made the area I was in as a jumble. I was standing over a fence by the sidewalk, in an area I talked about before, the ultimate DS glitchy! Jordan Seadreamer didn't take long to find me for a prize of 5 Elucidates :P. Otherwise, I've been farming Do-Daga and others for MS Furniture, getting just 1 Paper Lantern Stand and 1 Paper Lantern. Do-Daga has only given 1 in 3+ hours of trying -_-. I reported a couple icky Commons gobblers, and thats pretty much it. Do-Daga, Mount Week & other MS Bosses are on this weeks list!

IRL - I'm about (I don't know what I pressed, but the rest of this text is going to be underlined for some reason) to go to the Cherry Blossom Festival via Metro, so that should be great, my first! :D I love those trees. Good for Japan too, who donated them 100 years ago!

Omigosh, they're so pretty!!! The only thing I like in pink, at all xD. I just hope it won't be too crowded. Lots of playing/watching Basketball (VCY & KY lost :/) too, computer, and... thats mostly my weekend. Got drenched in a short downpour yesterday after Church Work Day, which was cool. Got help with maintenance on my bike so I'll probably be back on that soon. Just over 2 months till Summer Vacation :P

Sunshine Pony! BOOM!

Short post for the info! - - -

The special on Ravenwood Radio tonight was on the Sunshine Pony! You heard it first there, as Fallon & Steve showed a picture of horsies with an orange tang and sun tattoos on it :P. There will be a contest to recieve these, on Saturday, more info tomorrow. Awesome show :). Less than 1 1/2 days till the "surprise" as well!

Happy SQUEE-ing!

Hurry, April 1st!

First up though, some Bazaar catches!

I found this rare beauty (well, maybe not beauty but you get my point...) in the Bazaar. Could really use this for my far away future KT House. Drops from Ngozi the Beguiler, if you're interested!

A very nice member from Central offered to sell a Cello. I goofed up - I could SWEAR it was in the Furniture tab, but nooooo. By the time I realized my mistake, it had already been sold "Your Transaction Was Not Successful" -_-. But hey, someone else is very happy out there. Now my ongoing escapades for this item continue :P.

Also in-game, I got a Red Leaf Tree, made an Aquarium for Tarlac, got some feedback by several wizards and made a couple small changes to the household and am now trying for a Sun Banner item from General Akilles. He doesn't appear very willing. Now for the main point of the post though...

If you were here last May/June, there was something called a Gobbler Giveaway. I joined the community just in time to miss it though, but many blogs and sites got 5 free Gobblers from Kingsisle, and had contests for them. Now today, all the official sites are prepping for the:

*DRUMROLL*

GREAT MOUNT GIVEAWAY!
The idea is the same, with many blogs having a contest for 15 - you heard me - FIFTEEN mounts. DoaW has Turtles, Petnome has Lions, etc. (I'd personally sign up to sell Batwings ;)). So, on April 1st (no, this is NOT a joke), you will find much of the community hosting contests for all these mounts. Woohoo! I hope, no, EXPECT to win several for my newbie account without membership yet :P. Also why April 1st is awesome...

Its a Friday, the end of the dreary week!

I get to fool people!

And, "something special", hopefully SOMETHING special, arrives in the Spiral! Tick tock, its a clock, 2 1/2 days...

Lastly, Fallon & Steve seem very mysterious today and hint something big will also happen on Ravenwood Radio tomorrow night. Will it be their own epic mount giveaway? The secret of the Countdown? Stay tuned, 'tis Fools Day will be Epic!

Happy Being Hyper On Ice Cream! (yes, I'm shaking like a wet dog while writing this. So tasty..)

Pickle Shmickle

Hey Gang, still doing a lot ITS! Mostly Kensington Park (KP), but still.

Just for the heck of it, I ported Alura in to see how she would fare against Lord Nightshade. A LvL 5 Myth, equipped w/an Ascendant Staff. <- Haha, look at her health at that point, she'd go on to heal and become victorious. Fun little battle.

I decided to try the Fickle Pickles, VERY needy but huge loot tables. I need some of those high-level reagents and such, and some of the trashy TCs they harvest are good selling material (Wildbolt-1100 gold!)

SEE?!? Yeah, yea, say "humph" because I'm taking good care of you.

I did Kensington Park on Tarlac to test how long that would take; took basically the same time as Arlen (1 hour, straight up), although Tarlac died at one point because he was distracted at Twitter and Satyr fizzled, xD. So yea, pretty funny line of Stoker that I had completely forgotten. "Come and feel the burn!" ^_^

I also managed to solo the Jotun Bros. once, but have died every other time, hehe. Doing some HoV (Hall of Valor) runs for a change of pace from KP and want another Death Troll, Yardbird furniture item & Zombie pet. Its pretty fun attempting to solo them. For some reason, Grendels let you go as close as under their armpit before they pull you in, rofl

Random, lol. No, I'm not planning on keeping that Carved Pew there, that view just looked pretty ;).

As you can see, VERY random rewards and a huge loot table. One more 1/2 page not shown either :P. Have high hopes for it!

There was a lot of Wintertusk theorycrafting on Twitter, which P.D. wrote a post on. Its really fun -and confusing- to think about it all. Ravenwood Radio was great last night, I actually managed to listen to the whole thing! Ditto and Icy with her banhammer in the chatroom did great. Lots of questions being thrown out there last night :). And, should whoever is reading this check the other blogs and/or Central, you've heard about the Egg & Nightmare pet! Nightmare is a very pretty black w/firey hair-tuffs which gives Meteor Strike. I'm personally going to try for an Egg -literally, an Egg with duck legs- and get it great stats hopefully (Spritely, Pain-Giver, Proof & Defy is my dream pet :)) since it gives the Tower Shield card, and, its, well, cute! Unicorn & Helephant is the Nightmare, and Egg is Collossus & Dragon for clarification. Yes, the newbie WC Dragon and Unicorn, cool, huh? Thank goodness I saved Andrew's (my retired Ice guy, if you've heard about him) Collossus! Thats basically it, have a happy St. Patricks day too, and do that last minute Lucky Leprechaun farming from the Jade Oni if you want! I'm not wearing green, hehe, sorry! *pinches self*

Happy Farming!

{Insert Catchy Title Here}

You know I have trouble with titles sometimes (Exploiting Bacon a week ago... LOL)
Anyway, thanks for the well wishes last post. Went today, aced a History Test :)
So, this is mostly other characters news. Dugan started CL...

Okay, Rupert, don't misguide us like that! "ALWAYS carrying little pots full of algae..." I mean, really? Grrr :P

I captured a couple cool pictures while questing. Here's part of the "Sky-Fish".

Dugan poses after finishing the Floating Lands
Eww... are there rats falling in that stuff?
Stuck under a Worker's Tent can truly lead to some new experiences.
Mycin and Blaze finished off Celestia last week :D (Gratz on your Legendary status, too, Blaze)
Life Troll farming paid off... in another way. How sweet is that wand!?! Tristan & Chase are drooling for LvL 15 to use it, now ;). Valentina left the Spiral (to the world of Misfit Toys outside the Spiral or what?) so you have to wait one more year to buy or farm it from Krokopatra if you want it.
Tarlac attending one of the many KBB PvP parties. Epic fun. And, Fallon, why are you doing a Mary Poppins dance with that Balance guy over there? :P
This is mostly what I've been doing the last couple days. It FINALLY payed off a little. Grum finally dropped a Lion-ish Guardian Statue but Yakedo holds firm in dropping Diseased Wildclaws (I want 2 Statues, one for MS and 1 for Statue/Pets house, and 2 Wildclaws, 1 for GH and 1 for Statue/Pets house). So, yea, I'm REALLY into housing and pet collecting and all. Oh, the farming list is long. In other news, I won't bother you w/the biggest W101Fan contest, as thats on the Launcher... Fallon Storm is taking the place of Leesha, who apparently is taking a break I hear. I saw some of Ravenwood Radio last night, I personally think Fallon sounds like Ms. Narrator (compliment? :D). I believe thats it. I'm training a Fierce Hound named Chico that I hatched with myself and a Sea Dragon. So far, it has Tower Shield (deffz from Dragon) and Health Gift (I always seem to get that -_-). Hoping for Spritely at Ancient, I suppose. Happy Late Ditto Day, and Happy Farming! :)

In other news...

- Contest ends when I get on first tomorrow! It only takes a moment to enter, with a good chance at big treasure card prizes ;). I have even more, so everyone is GUARANTEED to get something. E-mail: arlendawneyes@gmail.com or comment on this post

- ( I am really late on breaking the news on the next 2 here ) http://www.KIfreegames.com, like Wizblox, but for everyone! They only have games I'm not good at in so far, so I will wait till the promised "more games" come.

- Because Wizard101 has 101,000 Likes on Facebook now, everyone got a Gobbler transformation ( Which, IMO, is useless. I used it unwillingly at the party :-P, so I don't see what the big deal about that is about ) BUT... IF Wizard101 reaches 128,000 Likes by November 28th, everyone gets a... Mystery Pet!!! *gasp*
- I am in Stormriven Hall now, and almost LVL 55! ( Yes, this is not 'Other news' ), a post coming soon on Stormriven :)
- Wishes to KBB ( aka KevCucumber ) who posted he was in a crash but is OK ( and missed the party, darn :-P )

- Ravenwood Radio is announcing the DoaW Election-winners on Wednesday! The suspense is killing me ;)
- Go Giants! ( San Francisco ), hope they beat the Rangers :)
- Anything else, besides that the Floating Lands is awesome? Well, there was a party for Ravenwood Radio/Halloween that possibly matched the Ravenwood Ball in size today. Of course, I took screenshots. ( That's my job, although non-profit, folks ). Congrats to Heather and Isaac, who were voted as the best costumes!

I had eyes on my Pumpkin, and the Halloween set along with that staff and Black Cat ( yes, I'm saying I should have won xD ). I was AFK at the start, and found out they had already judged, while my running-in-circles-to-avoid-being-logged-off thing took me to the Halloween towers :/.
As I recall, the Ravenwood Ball reached 3 areas, so not QUITE as big
Near the end - Trust me, it was even worse sometimes.
Leesha as Bacon. Yummy o:
Steven as...someone fancy?
The majority of people went to Leesha's MFP afterwards. When everything was dying down, everyone's Wizard101 crashed twice here :/. Still, it didn't after 2 times and I did some practicing, losing twice because of partners leaving, etc. and won once. I will get my hands on those who said I was "Pwned" lol. It was a nice hectic party overall ;). Happy Adventuring!

More, and MORE Birthdays!

First it was Amber's, now we have, not 1, not 2, but THREE birthdays yesterday. One of them was arranged into a party for Cassandra Griffindreamer - Also, late Happy Birthday wishes to John Spiritshade ( Ambrose2Zeke ) and Valdus Soulpyre ( Diary of a Wizard's husband ).

Speaking of which, the long-awaited Death Study Hall for Ravenwood Radio is tomorrow...who will be the stars of the show? Anyways, after doing the Obsidian-Chest quest in the Labyrinth for Tarlac ( and getting myself Vladimir's awesome Meat-Cleaver :D ) it was time for Cassandra's party and costume/treasure contest. Guess who won?

ME! *ahem* Anyway, I got some more sweet new cards to give to you all with my own raffle soon, I promise - and nothing required. Look at the Wizard101 icon who joined the party - better than Selena Gomez in my book. ( far left )

I made so many new friends at the party too! I kinda feel famous :-P.

Just look how bloggers are on that list. Including the "grandfather" of blogging, lol.

So, we went to her little Balance abode

Me and The Active Necro fought for candy, while the Smart Allec-wizard showed off her "dead-man-on-a-stick"

After many JollyRanchers, KitKats, Turkey legs and Punch later...
We got a glimpse of the upcoming Celestia.
